RESERVE COLLECTION FAQs

  • Yes! Our RESERVE collection is available to rent for your next occasion. For all bookings we offer flat rate postage within Australia.

    *We do not ship the RESERVE collection internationally. 

  • We require a 30% deposit in order to secure your reservation. Once you fill in your booking form we will confirm your booking and then you can pay the balance 70% along with your bond and signed rental agreement.

    Should your date not be available we will refind your 30% deposit.

  • A bond of $250 + GST is required for all reservations. This will be returned after your item/s are shipped back in the approved condition with no losses or damage. GST on the bond amount is also refunded as soon as the item/s are returned.

  • Yes, all pieces are available for immediate shipping via our OFF THE RACK collection. These pieces can be shipped Internationally.

  • We do not allow alterations for our Hire items.

  • We offer complimentary cleaning with all hire bookings. Simply return your item as is after your event. 

  • We want you to make the most beautiful memories without any stress.

    We understand that accidents can happen and offer $150 insurance complimentary with every booking.

    This will cover damage such as items which need additional dry cleaning and minor repairs.

    However, if an item is deemed irreparable, you will be charged the retail price of the item for us to replace it. 

    We recommend purchasing the additional insurance which will cover damages up to $1000 to repair the item. If the repairs are above this threshold then we will need to charge the full Retail amount to replace this item.

    All OFF THE RACK sales are FINAL and no refunds are provided.

    HIRE RETURN POLICY

    INGRID OLIĆ does not offer refunds for cancelled orders, we offer a store credit minus a cancellation fee of $30.

    To be eligible for any store credit, cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the start date of your hire booking. 

    Credit notes due to cancellations are valid for 24 months and will expire if not used within that period. Once the credit note is used to make a new hire booking with INGRID OLIĆ, the sale is final and not subject to any changes or cancellations for a credit note (this includes where the item is not the correct fit).

    This collection is eligible for International shipping.

  • All OFF THE RACK bridal dresses will require some alterations to give you a perfect fit.

    Generally our gowns require minimal alterations. We do recommend budgeting between $500-$800 for hemming and other minor alterations.

  • Our Off the rack gowns & Hire pieces are proudly made within our own Atelier located in Sydney, Australia.

    Each gown is hand cut and sewn individually by our highly skilled in-house team. We source only the finest quality fabrics from across the globe and develop custom hand-embroideries with our fabric mills.
